What Should I Expect?

Fill out the form below, call or text to request your estimate. We will contact you to schedule your estimate for a time that is convenient to your schedule.  We are able to make arrangements to do your estimate when you are not home, but we prefer to meet you! 

During your estimate our estimator will meet with you and briefly ask you some questions about your property—Is there something specific you have seen that prompted your call? Have you had services done before? Do you have storm windows?  Any windows that do not open?  Do your gutters have gutter guards that can't be seen from the ground?  Be sure to tell us any specifics that might apply to your home.

You will receive a customized estimate for your services and with your acceptance of the estimate our estimator can schedule your services while meeting with you. We do require a deposit of 50% to be applied towards your scheduled service.

Gutter Cleaning and Power Washing:

For your gutter cleaning and power washing services, we ask that your doors and windows be closed. Our crew will need space to park our professional power washing equipment (Full size truck and trailer) and access to a working water faucet. 

Professional Window Cleaning Services:

For your convenience, there’s no need for you to be home.  Interior and exterior services can be done while you are away!  Our team will work with you to coordinate access to the inside of your home.

For exterior only window cleaning services, access inside the home may be needed.  Interior and exterior services do require access inside through the entire appointment.  

For interior services, we will move furniture away from windows and place back, if needed.  Please move anything of value as well as anything you don't want our crew to move.  We will move and replace knickknacks from window sills. We will wipe down interior and exterior frames as well as window tracks.  If your home has screens these will be cleaned as well. 

 Our services are 100% Worry-Free. Your invoice is sent electronically the morning of your service and you may use credit card or check to pay at the completion of your service through the provided link  or by calling the office.  We also offer payments through Venmo.
